Delete your account and data

You can delete your Agent Ethan account and the data linked to it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what is removed.

How to request deletion

In the app, if your version has it: open Settings › Delete account and confirm. Your account and its data are removed.
By email: send a message from your registered email address to support@neuralforge.co.in with the subject "Delete my Agent Ethan account". We use the sending address to verify the request.

We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Data	What happens
Your account record — email address and daily usage counter	Permanently deleted
Screen content, screenshots and voice	Nothing to delete — these are never stored after a task (see the Privacy Policy)
On-device task history	Stays on your phone; clear it in the app or remove it by uninstalling. It is not held on our servers.

What may be retained, and for how long

After deletion we may keep minimal operational and security logs, which contain no screen content or screenshots, for up to 90 days, after which they are purged. We may retain records where the law requires it.
